| Georgian Cottages |
| Perhaps the most traditional of southern "townhouses", this home is designed to emphasize an informal lifestyle. Private entries for the two separate residences within the home to assure quiet occupancy in each. A master bedroom on the ground floor eliminates the need for stair use and makes the Georgian an ideal year-round house. An additional bedroom and bath on the second level assures that friends, relatives, and the rest of the family have a comfortable place when visiting at Steinhatchee Landing. |
| The Floridian Cottages |
| This home's traditional "Shot-gun" plan assures comfortable, informal living. Porches both front and back add to the choices for enjoying a relaxing weekend or long seasonal vacation. The setting, with white picket fences under the tall canopy of pines and oaks, presents a pleasant village-like environment, made for porch swings, outdoor barbecues and the joy of sharing the day's catch and its adventures. |
| The Honeymoon Cottages |
| The Honeymoon Cottages are designed specifically for a luxurious couples-only experience. Positioned along a landscaped gravel drive, the cottages feature separate living and sleeping space appointed with rich, French country-style furniture and decor, a 32-inch television with VCR, and stereo with CD player. Solid wood nightstands embrace king-sized beds complete with down comforters and exquisite linens. Rich, solid wood floors covered with hand-chosen area rugs, dimmable lighting and a large, glass-enclosed gas fireplace add a touch of romance and warmth to the main room. Situated in the wall separating the main room and spacious bathroom, the fireplace can also be enjoyed while soaking in the oversized spa tub with twin-heated backrests. The Ultra Thermo Masseur tubs are surrounded by lavish Italian marble and feature separate hand-held and rain-head showers. Each bath contains a TV set into the wall and comes complete with oversized towels, luxurious bathrobes and Gilchrist & Soames deluxe bath and spa products. |
| The Jasmine House |
| This three-bedroom, two-bath single dwelling home provides outstanding views of a small tidal creek from the rear screened porch. A large, open kitchen and dinning area is the perfect place for family and friends to gather for good food, laughter and conversation. The Jasmine Cottage has 2-Queen beds, 2-twin beds and a sofa sleeper.
This unit doesn't allow pets or smoking.

| The Jimmy Carter House |
| The Presidential Cottage, a three-bedroom 3.5-bath split level house, once served as the vacation residence for President and Mrs. Jimmy Carter. Since its completion in 1994, it has been a favorite for family groups that include multiple generations. The large, open kitchen that shares space with the living and dining area are perfect for socializing while preparing food and beverage.

| The Legends Cottage is a single-level dwelling and is accessible for the handicapped. The Legends is a two- bedroom, three-bathroom home with a large open living, dining and kitchen area. |
| The River House |
| This three-bedroom riverside cottage has a private dock. Accommodations of one king, one queen, two twin beds and two roll-away beds are perfect for a large family or a few friends. The large screened-in porch is wonderful for enjoying the outdoors in an insect-free environment. |
| The Spice Cottages |
| Two-story free standing cottage - the bottom floor contains a queen size bed and bathroom. Travel up a small winding staircase to arrive in the main area of the cottage. The cottage contains a kitchenette, living room and spacious screened porch. The second story view of the property is picturesque. |
| The Victorian Cottages |
| Unmistakably the most gracious of the Steinhatchee Landing residences, this elegant, porch-wrapped Queen Anne-style house offers comforts rarely found in weekend hideaways or seasoned retreats. While three generous residences share the home, each has its own unique identity and special features. A combination of privacy and camaraderie has been built into the design of this traditional southern home, offering opportunities for quiet isolation on your own octagonal veranda or friendly gatherings with neighbors to share the pleasures of a cool, country evening by the fire. |
