Steinhatchee Landing’s Gulf Coast Conference Center
The resort’s Georgian-style conference center offers relaxing elegance with 1,800 square feet of function space. Set amid Steinhatchee’s natural landscape, this facility fosters creativity and communication. Accommodating up to 90 people, the center’s main room can be used for meeting or dining functions, with space lit and warmed by a chandelier and a wood-burning fireplace. A stage, superb sound system and a separate bar area creates a tranquil and peaceful gathering place. In true Southern fashion, an elegant, spacious porch lines the front of the building.

Perfect for small meetings, seminars, wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners the Conference Center is available for $1,000 for the first day and $400 for each consecutive day. Steinhatchee Landing provides outstanding catering services, with menus customized for the individual group and budget. Food services are available from the resort’s in house staff.
The Landing can provide food service to any number of other resort locations such as the pool pavilion or any large living-dining room within the resort’s cottages. The resort also rents a large tent accommodating outdoor meetings and culinary events that can be placed on the croquet lawn or adjacent to the Victorian Cottage.

Connected to the Conference Center via a covered walkway, the enchanting Magnolia Room at the Steinhatchee Landing Resort provides an additional 1,000 square feet of entertaining space for meeting and wedding guests. Constructed in the Landing’s signature vernacular-style and encased with large windows, the octagonal space has a tin roof, shaker accents, and hardwood floors. The Magnolia Room can easily accommodate 40 persons for executive retreats, and provides an additional reception area for large weddings, with a dance floor and serving kitchen. A unique outdoor area adjoins the two buildings, featuring an ornate fountain covered in glass tiles to capture the light, and an 8-person table for additional seating. The Magnolia Room is available for $500 per day as an add-on to another resort facility or by itself.
