The Presidential Cottage, a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath split-level house, once served as the vacation residence for President and Mrs. Jimmy Carter. Since its completion in 1994, it has been a favorite for family groups that include multiple generations. The large open kitchen that shares space with the living and dining area is perfect for socializing while preparing food and beverage. With front porches upstairs and downstairs, guests are able to rock and swing while observing activities along the nearby riverfront. There are two queen beds and two twins in this one-of-a-kind cottage. No smoking. Pet friendly. Wifi access. This cottage is not available for the four night 50% off special.
